TRUE FARE IS REAL FOOD, DELIVERED.

At its heart, True Fare is about meeting your dietary needs quickly, simply and healthfully.

True Fare’s story begins with Chef Richard, a classically-trained chef and Paleo meal delivery pioneer with a talent for healthy, tasty recipes. Chef Richard began delivering his nutrient-dense meals to doorsteps throughout the greater Atlanta area when he saw just how needed a fresh, healthy meal service was. Since those early years and into its first iteration as Pre-Made Paleo, Chef Richard expanded his offerings to include meals that are not just Paleo but compliant with Whole30®, Ketogenic, and AIP lifestyles

Our team is constantly innovating with new menus, new meals, and new ways to add flavor and variety to your diet. We believe that you shouldn’t have to sacrifice nutrition for flavor or health for time.

Every meal on our site is Whole30® Approved, meaning they’re free of added sugars, fillers, stabilizers and mystery ingredients. We’re deeply invested in the health of our community and its farms, so we source only the highest-quality ingredients for our True Fare meals. That means organic produce, grass-fed beef, heritage breed pork and organic or free-range poultryWe know you care about how you fuel your body.  We do too.

With True Fare, you can have the best of both worlds—tasty, nourishing food with minimal cooking time or cleanup. That way, you can get out of the kitchen and back to your life.

MEET THE TRUE FARE TEAM

Chef Richard Bradford

Chef Richard Bradford

Executive Chef & Owner

Chef Richard is our fearless team captain and CEO of our parent company, RSB Foods. He is a #1 New York Times Best Selling Author from his recipe contribution in The Whole30: The 30-Day Guide to Total Health and Food Freedom and a pioneer in Paleo meal delivery.

After graduating with a degree in Finance, Richard was accepted into the prestigious Culinary Institute of America to become a classically trained Chef and pursue his passion for food. When Richard isn’t working, he travels the country, seeking new culinary experiences from peers and mentors who share his holistic beliefs about food. Richard takes a hands-on approach to our sourcing and partnerships, visiting the certified organic farmers, local farmers with organic practices and ranchers who raise our True Fare ingredients.

Outside of the True Fare kitchen, Richard loves spending time with his wife and two beautiful children. He spends as much time as he can crafting the family recipes that inspire True Fare’s meals. Richard is inspired by the beauty of nature around his hometown of Atlanta, whether hiking with his dogs, taking a long bike ride, hunting or fishing.

Amy Crites

Amy Crites

Chef De Cuisine

As Chef de Cuisine, Chef Amy manages production operations and makes sure that our kitchens meet strict USDA and FDA standards. She creates our weekly menus in collaboration with Chef Richard. As a Paleo expert, she is in charge of sourcing all of our ingredients. She always goes the extra mile to source the best local and organic ingredients for our meals. Chef Amy also heads up our R&D to provide new amazing products to our customers, such as our AIP Marinara.

Growing up, Chef Amy spent summers on her grandmother’s North Carolina farm, where they would make meals with produce straight from her garden or from fruit and nut trees that they harvested. Family and friends would always stop by and no one ever left with an empty belly. This is where Chef Amy was inspired by how happy a good meal can make someone feel. She studied at Le Cordon Blue in Atlanta and upon graduating rediscovered her passion for Farm-To-Table cooking.

When Chef Amy isn’t working, she enjoys going to different farmer’s markets and local farms to not only get the freshest ingredients but to support local businesses as well. She is also a lifelong, avid NASCAR fan as well. Chef Amy is also passionate about helping those in need and believes that if we would plant more food bearing trees and bushes as the landscape for new parks and office building, we could cut down on hunger in America and have a free way to provide fresh food to those in need.
